Shipment Processing Time:

  • Allow 1-2 business days(Monday to Friday) from the time of order placement for your order to be processed and shipped out.
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 9 AM to 3 PM Central Time.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

Ohhunt is not responsible for any customs & taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Green Shipping Protection:

Green Shipping Protection protects your order against loss, damage, and delay.
Because carriers are no longer offering delivery guarantees without shipping insurance, it is highly recommended that you purchase Green Shipping Protection from us with your order. 

📦 Ships From United States:

  • Ship from Chicago warehouse.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 ~ 6 working days.
  • The estimated shipping time begins after the item is in possession of the shipping service (FedEx DHL or USPS).

Can items in the US warehouse be shipped to other countries?

 

📦 Ships From Poland:

The European warehouse is located in Poland and can only be shipped to European countries. We will charge a postage difference of a few dollars based on the distance. Items from European warehouses cannot be delivered to countries outside of Europe.

If you choose the wrong shipping location, we may ship to you from another overseas warehouse or from China, depending on the inventory and your address.

Please note that we do not collect any taxes or fees, the price you see is the price you pay!

 

📦 Ships From China:

Standard shipping: takes about 15-20 days.
FedEx / DHL: takes about 6-9 days.

Note:

If you can't find the "Ship From" option, it means that the item is shipped from China by default.

Your package may not be updated for 5~8 days after leaving China and before arriving in your country. Don’t worry, this is normal. Of course, you can also send an email to inquire about the latest delivery time range. (Please note that all timelines for receiving goods are only for reference, We make no promises.)

 

💥Important Notes💥

  • Estimated shipping times are estimations only. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by ohhunt and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over carrier delays or late shipments, but we will work with you to get your package delivered to you.
  • FedEx does not ship to PO boxes, so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through USPS - even if FedEx is selected at checkout.
  • If free shipping is chosen at checkout, we reserve the right to select the shipping service (UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx) with equivalent delivery time.
  • Once packages have been delivered, neither ohhunt nor the shipping service can be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking information to monitor the delivery of the package and arrange for it to be brought inside as soon as it is delivered to avoid the possibility of loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If it is still unable to be located, please call the shipment service (USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx) to get in touch with the driver who delivers your packages and ask if they remember where they delivered the package. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by ohhunt and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you to get your package delivered to you.
