Poor fit

The barrel nut is very difficult to get tight & lined up with the gas tube. The included shims don’t vary in thickness enough to help. The grooves/splines used to tighten the nut are weak. Mine stripped on several. I went ahead & put it on at the tightest I could get it but I believe it’s going to be too loose after some use. The stripped splines are visible with hg installed & gives a terrible look. I’ll be swapping it out for another hg soon.

Good handguard for the price

It doesn't sit super flush with the receiver but other than that it's pretty good, light weight and durable enough. Mainly the price is right as these have gone up in price in general, a bit too much for what they are, just my opinion.
