Easy install

When I'd try to thread the rail on no matter how straight I'd keep it, it would only catch at a certain angle, which led to my gas tube catching on the inside of the rail. After an hour of trying to finesse it and do it the right way I gave up and just forced it on scratching the **** out of my gas tube! Yes the rail is on straight. I should have known better than to buy this ****, you get what you pay for (Made in China)... And it's not the only part I bought from this company that's messed up.

This forguard is very well made.
It is very simple to install.
It will take a ton of abuse.
The only problem with it is, I can only find this product in Black.
It Needs to be offered in way more Colors!!

This rail is well built. The included aluminum barrel nut is lightweight and solid. The locking ring for the rail is solid. But, the barrel nut uses non standard hole spacing. The standard armorers wrench pins won't fit. I had to get creative and insert hex wrenches I to two holes and then us the wrenche as a driver bar across them. It works fine, but isn't straightforward. The rail has a very slight offset to the barrel, causing the barrel to touch the rail cap. It's fine for casual usage, but would likely interfere with precision work. Finish quality is very nice.

Overall, based on cost, utility, included parts, fit, and finish, I give it a 7/10.

Like the handguard. Kinda heavy. Super price
