To me it’s to short for my hand with gloves it’s worse I bought 2 of them wish I didn’t.
I ordered this for a custom ar22 and it worked perfect. I was surprised at the quality vs the price. It was definitely an upgrade to my plinker and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap option for their AR.
It made it easy to mount a cheaper red dot on my Browning shotgun. Makes it easier to move from a rifle hunter to a shotgun hunter.

I've used several different brands of this item. They are all about the same. They take up any slack between the upper and lower.
handguard was vey nice and have bought several since.
I bought this as a replacement for the Aero precision barrel nut which is out of stock. There are two different thread pitches on opposite ends. Chose the side that matched my upper and it threaded on perfectly. A shim kit is a must as it is with any barrel nut so you can properly line up the nuts. The only thing it doesn't have that the Aero nut has is the holes drilled for securing a handguard. However this isn't a negative because those only work if you use their handguard. You just have to be able to drill and tread the holse you are going to attach your handguard to the barrel nut.

Installed easily, need to make a harder barrel nut, but it did install well with my BCM wrench, needs more quality control, the top rail is slightly lower fit and finish to Mil spec uppers. Overall it feels solid, put 500 rounds down range, still feels soild. For the price no a bad buy.
it works not to heavy and it just gets the job done will be buying a 15 inch one here soon for my other rifle like I said it just works
does not scratch lower receiver . cant find these anywhere in the united states thank you for making them available to us here .excellent seller order with confidence .will definitely buy from ohhunt again. worth the wait on shipping
